It’s Day 14 of the new year and already some people are starting to find their enthusiasm waning for following their New Years’ Resolutions. It’s not hard to figure out why – they’re hard to accomplish. When you set hard to accomplish goals, it allows negative feelings to get generated when you don’t get quick success. That leads to a belief that change isn’t possible, which makes it harder, and then we tend to give up. It doesn’t have to be that way and hypnosis will help.
With hypnosis, we work on changing your subconscious patterns, no matter what the situation. If you are afraid of snakes, we work with the subconscious mind to change the belief that snake=danger/panic. So when you then think of a snake, the fear is gone and the result isn’t just that you can now pet a snake. The result is that you feel better about yourself. That’s the real way to create change.
