Many people wonder how weight loss works with hypnosis so I thought I’d do a little post about that. First, yes, it works! However, it’s not a magic bullet – you won’t leave the office after one session with your eating habits completely changed. Hypnosis helps you create a new, healthy lifestyle by increasing your desire and motivation, as well as helping you with bad habits, such as emotional eating. Like a coach and an athlete, we work together to ensure that you not only reach your goal weight but maintain it. In my weight loss program we do that over seven sessions over three months to make sure that the weight loss is permanent and that you will feel happy and strong with your new healthy lifestyle.
